RESUMO:
The present research project, entitled: “Educational Management and Digital Technologies: Perceptions on the reality of Public Education in Porto Alegre/RS” has as general objective: To know the actions developed by school managers for the implementation of a digital transformation project with the use of TDICs (Digital Information and Communication Technologies) in public schools. The bibliographic research is based on a systematic literature review and on the theoretical contributions of the Professional Master's Degree in Informatics in Education - Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Sul (IFRS/Campus Porto Alegre). The research approach is qualitative, the investigation is exploratory, the importance of systematic literature review and case study stands out as a methodological strategy. The research data collection will be carried out in the Extension Course “Digital Culture: interventions in the reality of the management of educational processes” that will be held at IFRS/Campus Porto Alegre. The research subjects will be the managers enrolled in the course, who are part of the Public Education Network, State or Municipal. The data obtained in the data collection will be confronted from the perspective of four axes: Collaborative Learning, Profile of Educational Managers Enrolled in the Extension Course, Needs/demands of school managers which are analytical categories previously chosen from bibliographic studies that will contribute significantly for the accomplishment of the discursive textual analysis. It is concluded that from these procedures, it will be possible to know the profile of school managers, the actions of their practice for the implementation of TDICs in the educational context of the Public Education Network. It is essential to emphasize that the research will provide subsidies for the creation of the educational product that aims at the continuous training of managers and teachers.
