SUMMARY:

Current society is experiencing a period marked by numerous transformations, whether in the area of communications and information technology, as well as changes in the educational, social, political, cultural sectors, among others caused by the evolution of technology and science. Information is available in a matter of seconds, modes of communication have changed, spaces have transformed and continue to undergo constant modifications, which directly reflects on people's way of life. Consequently, this is reflected in the educational context, influencing the profile of students at all levels of education. In this way, it is important to think about the impacts that these changes cause in the future of society and in the school space, since the development of emotional and social skills and competencies as well as creativity become essential, requiring an expansion of the educational vision by part of teachers in adopting new pedagogical approaches. In view of this, among the possible strategies, we selected reverse planning combined with the pedagogical approach of creative learning as a way of systematizing pedagogical actions that involve students in their learning process and provide educators with the inclusion of active methodologies following current guidelines and standards. of their educational institutions. Using the epistemological-methodological Design Science Research (DSR) approach, the research aims to contribute to education through the elaboration and execution of teacher training with the objective of assisting basic education teachers in the preparation of their classes using planning reverse and the pedagogical approach to creative learning. The product will be applied to early years teachers at a Municipal Elementary School in the city of Santo Antônio da Patrulha/RS, with data collection carried out using a questionnaire and data analysis following the theory of content analysis. The expected results at the end of the research are intended to contribute significantly to the development of planning learning experiences, using as a basis current legislation and educational documents, in addition to the continuousprofessional development of teachers and, consequently, improving the quality of their practices.
