RESUMO:

The central concern of this research project is with the teaching-learning process of secondary education integrated with professional education. Called “Integrated training in secondary education integrated with professional education: singularities and perspectives” it aims to analyze the teaching-learning process present in secondary education integrated with professional education in order to point out procedures related to integrated training (educational praxis) and produce a educational product (booklet/manual), aimed at teachers and other education professionals, which contributes to the implementation of this form of teaching. This is a descriptive research, with an exploratory dimension and will be developed following an approach that is predominantly based on a qualitative and dialectical perspective, accompanied by a quantitative treatment, following the movements and contradictions typical of educational spaces. It will be carried out from bibliographic research that supports and guides the work, based on materials already published on the themes about secondary education integrated with professional education, integrated training and professional and technological education, document analysis, as well as field research, defined as a case study, which will involve the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Sul (IFRS). The technical course integrated to the high school in Administration will be involved, with two (2) courses of the aforementioned Institute, chosen at random, where an interview will be carried out with the two (2) coordinators of the courses and a questionnaire will be applied to four teachers of each course , two from general training and two from technical training, totaling eight (8) teachers, chosen at random, by means of a lottery. The data obtained will be analyzed in an interconnected and interdependent way in confrontation with the theoretical references resulting from the bibliographic research, in a dialectical analysis perspective. Through these procedures, as well as the elaboration and execution of a corresponding educational product, it is expected to contribute to the effectiveness of the secondary education integrated with professional education proposal, to the planning, definition and feedback of educational policies aimed at professional education, as well as at institutions and the courses involved. The professors and coordinators of the courses involved, who represent the universe of this research, will contribute to subsidize proposals that will help in the redefinition, in the didactic, curricular and evaluative scope, of the pedagogical projects.
