SUMMARY:

This study is part of the research line on Organizations and Memories of Pedagogical Spaces in Professional and Technological Education, from the Graduate Program in Professional and Technological Education, of the Associated Institution, Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Sul - Porto Alegre Campus. The research topic refers to the supervised internship in High School integrated to Professional Education (EMIEP) and it had the following question as problematization: how can the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology Sul-rio-grandense (IFSul) Camaquã campus facilitate the access to the set of information and regulations of the pedagogical work in supervised internship, in order to intermediate school-students-world of work? Therefore, it aims to analyze the role of the supervised internship in the formation of high school integrated with professional education students with the purpose of elaborating an educational product that facilitates the access to the set of information and regulations of the pedagogical work of internships at IFSul Camaquã campus, intermediating school-students-world of work. The methodological approach will be qualitative and quantitative in applied approach. Regarding the objectives, the research will be exploratory, descriptive and explanatory, as it will seek greater familiarity with the problem and will try to solve it by retrieving information through bibliographical and documentary research, in addition to carrying out field research to identify the facts. For this purpose, the locus of the study will be at IFSul Camaquã campus and the data will be produced through interviews with civil servants involved in the supervised internship processes: three coordinators of integrated high school courses and an extension coordinator, and through an online questionnaire applied to students, which will be answered by fourth-year EMIEP classes on campus, in a total of 88 students. Data analysis will be based on the Analysis of Movements of Meanings, a theoretical-methodological foundation that dialectically studies the research data, from a critical perspective, taking into account that reality remains in continuous movement, having its centrality in the discourses. It is expected that, at the end of this study and the elaboration of the educational product, it will be possible to help IFSul Camaquã campus in the intermediation process between students and the world of work, improving their performance in terms of permanence and success, given the growing dropout of the courses due to the need to work. The educational product will be available in a public repository, and it may become a tool for other IFSul campuses and other institutions.
