SUMMARY:

The onset of the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the global economy and, consequently, the world of work, causing a decrease in professional occupations. Given this context, this research paper will analyze the perspectives that women graduates of the Technical Course in Administration of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Sul (IFRS) - Porto Alegre Campus, point to the process of professional insertion in the world of work today, considering the context of the post-Covid-19 pandemic. This analysis aims to produce an educational product that contributes to promote the insertion of women in the world of work and elucidate issues related to the theme. This is a descriptive research, with exploratory dimension, which will be developed following a qualitative approach, accompanied by quantitative treatment. To do so, it will be used bibliographic and field research involved by case study, in which will participate egresses of the Technical Course in Administration of IFRS - Campus Porto Alegre, graduated in the years 2017 and 2018, as well as the current coordinator of the mentioned course. Data collection will be carried out through the application of a questionnaire to 52 egresses, an interview with the coordinator of the course, and document analysis. It is hoped that this research will provide information about the perspectives that female graduates of the Technical Course in Administration point to the process of professional insertion, thus contributing to the elaboration of an educational product that will help in the process of entering professional occupations. As a conclusion, this research project may collaborate with the academic training of the researcher, because it will point subsidies for the production of the dissertation and educational product that is part of the Professional Master's Degree in Vocational and Technological Education that she attends, as well as for the insertion of women with technical training in the world of work.
