SUMMARY:

This work aims to understand the management mechanisms of knowledge in formal spaces, with the aim of expanding collective learning institutional. To achieve this objective, an exploratory approach will be carried out. with a descriptive methodological strategy, through qualitative research with a cross-cutting time. Data collection will be carried out through interviews, questionnaires, bibliographical and documentary analyses. The value of this study for the institution resides in promoting alternatives to organize workflows and the knowledge generated in the formal spaces of the IFRS-POA. It is also expected that the research allows identifying the knowledge and processes of formal spaces, enable quick access to common issues, centralize services and knowledge in a practical and organized way and encourage community participation academic services available. The originality of this study lies in the absence of research that seeks to homogenize the organization of knowledge and workflows in IFRS-POA. In addition, the transformation demands from the federal government, the need for constant improvement in services provided to citizens and the scarcity of available research create a favorable environment for the development of theoretical studies in this area.
