SUMMARY:

This research project, an integral part of the Postgraduate Course in Professional and Technological Education - ProfEPT, Professional Master's Degree, has the general objective of recording the memorial narratives of the subjects involved in the trajectory of the Technical Course in Viticulture and Enology of IFRS - Bento Gonçalves Campus throughout the period from 1959 to 2024. The research approach is qualitative and exploratory. Data collection will be carried out through semi-structured interviews with professors, technical-administrative staff and graduates who followed the history of the Technical Course in Viticulture and Enology from 1959 to 2024, in addition to documentary analysis of documents and images of the course throughout this period. The data will be evaluated through content analysis. The project foresees the creation of an educational product, in the form of textual material, a pedagogical resource that can contribute to the rescue and recording of the history and memory of the course in focus.
