SUMMARY:

The present research of the Professional Master's Degree in Technological Education - ProfEPT, is linked to the research line Organization and Memories of Spaces Pedagogical in Professional and Technological Education (EPT), in Macroproject 6 - Organization of EPT pedagogical spaces. The study aims to show in which to the extent that technical professional training contributed to the lives of graduates, in maturity (people aged 50+) of the technical course in Baking, subsequent to high school, offered at the Osório campus of the Federal Institute of Education Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Sul (IFRS). The time frame will be period between 2015 and 2021. This analytical undertaking will have an approach qualitative and exploratory and as the main instrument for the production of data a semi-structured interview with a single script for the participants will be used. For the analysis of the produced data, it will be made use of the techniques of analysis of content of Bardin (2011). These interviews will be audio-recorded and transcribed by the researcher. Next, an educational product will be developed with guidelines arising from the methodologies and theoretical contributions that support and dialogue with the problematization and objectives of the research, with a view to the socialization of the experiences of these egresses with the community.
