SUMMARY:

This project aims to analyze the potential of Gorki's Marxist literature as a teaching strategy for promoting omnilateral training through the articulation between education and the World of Work, taking as a reference the listening of teachers and students of the technical course of Middle Level in the EJA - EPT modality offered by IFRS - Porto Alegre Campus. The theoretical-methodological conception that guides the investigation is Historical-Dialectical Materialism with participatory, qualitative research via thematic content analysis. The research stages are constituted by the objectives: expand studies on education and work based on literature review based on research in the context of EJA-EPT through bibliographical research; promote the dissemination of Gorki's literary production, in particular, the work “Ganhando meu bread” and the possible dialogues with the conceptual bases of EPT, in particular, in the approach to themes related to education and the World of Work through the presentation of the author and work, studies of conceptual bases; produce theoretical and methodological support for the use of oral history as a teaching strategy to approach Gorki's work at EJA - EPT aiming at the omnilateral training of students. The expected result for the participating group is to provide reflection on the training process of the returning worker to his studies, permeated with wisdom, however, imbued with the need to relate knowledge from the World of Work to formal schooling, after a period of absence, valuing his interaction with the world. Reading the representation of the experiences of a Russian worker and his literacy process can expand the students' reading potential, as well as exchanging information with other students about their insertion in the World of Work through the techniques of oral history, a methodology adopted to record the subjects' reports and compose a digital portfolio consisting of a research collection for further investigations on EJA - EPT students. A materialistic view of existence itself can lead students to develop class consciousness and the projection of better living conditions, always identified as workers. The aim is to produce an Educational Product in the form of a portfolio composed of memories of EJA - EPT students, articulated with the World of Work and corroborated with Gorkian writings. The recording of these reports must be carried out by the students in the form of letters.
