Schools aimed at distance technical education have turned to expansion of the offer of different courses and the number of vacancies, providing room for improvement in its pedagogical proposal. In this sense, this research within the scope of Professional and Technological Education, its general objective is to understand the perceptions and needs of students, from the technical course to distance in administration, for the development of a pedagogical process of quality. In this way, the path to be followed by the proposal of teaching and product educational, seeks as specific objectives: regarding the pedagogical practice, analyze students' perceptions and needs in distance technical education; Develop a pedagogical process of social quality in the technical course of administration in the EaD modality. In this quest, how much will your nature be? used the applied research method and as for the research procedures action. It is initially proposed as a possible expected result of this research, as an educational product with a view to building an environment of learning that provides a quality pedagogical process, a didactic guide to guide the development of interactive activities, script for video lessons, and with techniques and technological tools for teaching use in interaction with students. I identify, also at this point, the possibility of intervention in the reality of my professional practice, as an evaluation of the educational product constituted from the research carried out.
