SUMMARY:

This study is inserted in the field of Professional and Technological Education (EPT) and is limited to the area of Teacher Training in this teaching modality. It is part of the Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Program - Professional Master's in Professional and Technological Education (ProfEPT) and is linked to the Organization and Memories of Pedagogical Spaces research line at EPT. Thus, it aims to analyze the specificities of pedagogical work at EPT, in order to understand how the Pedagogical Training course for Non-graduates based on human training should be designed and/or organized. To this end, it is methodologically based on research of an applied nature, with exploratory, descriptive and explanatory objectives, based on a qualitative approach. The research locus will be the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Sul - Campus Sertão, specifically the Pedagogical Training Course for Non-graduates. Data production will take place through bibliographical research, document analysis and application of an online questionnaire with open and closed questions to graduates. The aim is to reach a sample of 20% of the total number of 63 graduates of the aforementioned course, trained based on the 2018 Pedagogical Course Project. Data analysis will be based on the theoretical-methodological foundation of Analysis of Movement Movements. Senses. Based on the results and their analysis, the aim is to develop an educational product that promotes reflection on the importance of the Pedagogical Training course for Non-graduates based on the principles of human formation, which contributes to the development of pedagogical proposals and encourages bachelors and/or technologists who intend to work or who work at EPT in search of the aforementioned training.
